Terms of service.

- Our Guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of service for bond cleans. 24 hours for domestic or spring cleans.

- Payment is due on the day of service; Guarantee will not be honoured until payment has been received in full.

- Please ensure that electricity is connected, and hot water is available.

- Please ensure that all windows/doors are unlocked, or keys are provided. We will not return to clean doors or windows that could not be accessed.

- Quotes are supplied in good faith that the property is of average condition,
On the rare occasion that we arrive to find the property in poor condition, you will be contacted via phone to renegotiate and reach a solution.
These solutions might include negotiation of more time to complete the job, changes to inclusions, waver of guarantee or refusal of service.

- We are not liable for any items left at the property. However, we will endeavour to treat any items found with due diligence.

- We will not remove sticky hooks, sticky foam, excessive blue tack, or wall stickers from walls to avoid liability for damage caused by removal.

- Pet damage such as hair or pet odours are not covered by our guarantee. While we do our absolute best to remove all pet hair, in some instances it is not possible to remove every trace and sometimes pet odours are permeated into carpet underlays and cannot be removed by cleaning.
